Ceros Flex Launch

Flex is the next-generation, no-code platform from Ceros for creating high-performance, interactive digital content.

Goal

Design and launch a high-impact, multi-channel campaign for Ceros Flex, a no-code platform for fast, interactive, mobile-first digital experiences. The project focused on translating complex product features into clear, customer-centric messaging across a landing page, social, video, email, and event touchpoints. In close collaboration with product and marketing, the launch debuted at Adobe MAX 2025, driving strong awareness and sign-ups.

Timeline

August 2025 - November 2025 (4 months)

Team

1 Creative Director, 2 Lead Designers, 1 Junior Designer, 1 Motion Graphics Designer

My involvement

  • Collaborated with the team for the product landing page and campaign assets across web, social, email, video, and events.

  • Represented design on-site at Adobe MAX 2025, delivering live demos and hands-on product walkthroughs.

  • Gathered direct user feedback and applied real-time design and messaging improvements.

  • Drove trial sign-ups through clear product storytelling and conversion-focused design.

The Ceros Flex launch landing page was created to introduce Flex as a fast, no-code solution for building responsive, SEO-ready digital experiences. Designed as part of the broader Ceros rebrand, the page needed to clearly communicate product value while visually signaling a more modern, scalable, and product-forward direction for the brand.

The landing page was built entirely on the Flex platform, serving both as a launch experience and a live demonstration of the product’s capabilities.

Landing Page

  • Clearly position Flex as a lightweight, high-performance solution distinct from traditional page builders

  • Balance technical credibility with approachability for marketers and creators

  • Use the launch page itself as proof of Flex’s speed, flexibility, and design quality

  • Drive engagement and trial sign-ups through interaction-led storytelling

Objective & Challenge

The page extended the refreshed Ceros brand while introducing a new visual layer specific to Flex. A warm orange accent color added a human, energetic contrast to the otherwise technical product narrative, paired with a futuristic and modern design language.

Key design elements included:

  • Animation-forward interactions to guide attention and reinforce product capabilities

  • Seamless transitions and motion to communicate speed and responsiveness

  • Strong visual hierarchy to clarify value propositions and CTAs

  • Modular sections designed for scalability across future product pages

Visual & Interaction Design

Outcome & Impact

  • Delivered a polished product launch experience that doubled as a live Flex showcase

  • Clearly differentiated Flex within the Ceros product suite through visual and interaction design

  • Increased engagement and trial intent by demonstrating value through real usage, not static claims

  • Established a reusable launch framework for future Flex features and product marketing initiatives

Ceros Flex Hype Video

Partnered with the motion graphics designer, marketing and product team to create the launch hype video for Ceros Flex. The team created the storyboard and narrative to position Flex as the next evolution of Ceros, highlighting rapid creation of responsive, SEO-ready content without compromising creative freedom or performance.

The video showcases how the Ceros Suite streamlines the creative workflow, brought to life through bold motion, fast pacing, and all-new brand colors to drive excitement for launch.

Ceros Flex Email And Social Campaign

The Ceros Flex launch campaign included a targeted email and social promotion strategy designed to support users across every stage of the customer journey, from existing customers and beta users to trial sign-ups and high-intent ICP prospects. Messaging was tailored by audience and channel, with coordinated promotions across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive awareness, education, and conversion. Consistent visuals, clear CTAs, and platform-specific formats reinforced the launch narrative and sustained momentum throughout the release.

Adobe Max 2025

For Adobe MAX 2025, I led the visual design for the Ceros booth experience and event merchandise, including t-shirts, bags, brochures, notebooks, and pens. All assets were designed using the same visual language as the Flex launch landing page, featuring bold, high-impact graphics to attract attention and draw attendees into the space.

At the booth, I supported a live activation counter with hands-on Flex product demos and designed an interactive touchscreen experience for Ceros Studio. The touchscreen highlighted platform overviews, key use cases, inspiration content, and before-and-after transformations, creating an engaging entry point for product education and conversation with attendees.
